For the opening concert of the 31st year of the festival, it was possible to negotiate the Brno premiere of one of the most important oratorios by Jan Dismas Zelenka performed by Ensemble Inégal as part of the celebrations of the Year of Czech Music. Listeners will hear his Il serpente di brozno.
Tickets for this concert are not yet available separately. You can buy them as part of The Philharmonic Christmas subscription serie called “Festive”.
This series includes two festiva concerts: The New Year’s concert and The Opening Concert of The Easter Festival of Sacred Music.
The price of the serie starts at 620 CZK / 2 concerts.
You can buy it by choosing a place for The New Year’s concert in the Janáček Theather and then adding the ticket for The Opening Concert of The Easter Festival of Sacred Music to your basket (you don’t choose your seat here, the seats in the church are not numbered).
If you buy more than one ticket for The New Year’s concert, you must add the equal number of the tickets for the Opening Concert of The Easter Festival of Sacred Music.
